Membership Agreement & Community Guidelines

 

Before becoming a Member, please read and accept the following agreement. Coven Scathach is a sacred space for study, growth, and connection among practitioners of Pagan, Wiccan, and other Esoteric paths. To preserve the safety, trust, and harmony of our community, all members agree to the following:
  1. Respect and Conduct

    • Treat all members with kindness and courtesy.
    • We honor all paths, traditions, and identities - intolerance, harassment, or discrimination of any kind has no place here.
    • Maintain a spirit of cooperation, compassion, and curiosity in all discussions and gatherings.

  2. Privacy and Identity

    • Members may choose to use either their real names or a magical/working name (alias) within the community.
    • Respect each person’s choice of identity and level of privacy.
    • Do not share another member’s personal details, image, or identity outside of the coven spaces without explicit consent.

  3. Sacred Space and Conduct Online

    • Treat our online gatherings (including Zoom meetings, classes, and rituals) as sacred space.
    • Be mindful of your language, and tone when participating.
    • Recording or distributing meeting content without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

  4. Learning and Responsibility

    • The teachings shared here are for your personal spiritual growth.
    • Please do not reproduce, publish, or claim them as your own without permission.
    • You are responsible for your own path, practice, and well-being.
    • Participation is voluntary and self-directed.

  5. Content and Communication

    • Posts, discussions, and shared materials should reflect mutual respect and the purpose of spiritual learning.
    • No promotion of hate, illegal activity, or harm toward self or others will be tolerated.
    • Admins reserve the right to remove content or membership that violates these guidelines.

  6. Data Privacy Notice

    • Your privacy is deeply respected.
    • This Website does not use cookies.
    • The information you provide (such as your name, email address, or chosen alias) is used only for the purposes of communication, community participation, and access to members-only materials.
    • We do not sell, trade, or share your data with outside parties.
    • Zoom sessions are rarely recorded. Members will always be informed if a Zoom session is going to be recorded.
    • You may request removal or correction of your: Name, Email, and MemberID at any time by contacting the site administrator. Coven Scathach does not have access to your Encrypted and Hashed Password.

  7. Updates and Agreement

    • These guidelines may evolve as our circle grows. Continued participation signifies your acceptance of the current version of this agreement.

    • This website and its associated online gatherings are intended for educational and spiritual purposes only.
    • Nothing offered here should be taken as medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
    • Members are encouraged to seek qualified professional guidance for any personal concerns of those types.
    • Participation in rituals, meditations, or teachings is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.
    • The facilitators and site administrators are not liable for any outcomes resulting from individual practice, interpretation, or use of materials presented through this site.
